Here is some Carpentry that we did in an apartment in West Los Angeles. On the left an opening in a floor that we cut as the floor was rotten and sagging. So, we removed the rotten wood, the as you can also see on the left we added framing around the edges of the area to give support to the piece of plywood, which was then nailed on top of it in the picture here on the right. The carpet which went over that was them pulled back into place and reinstalled and a threshold was installed where the carpet attached to the linoleum floor in the bathroom and it was done. The floor which had squeaked and sagged was now fully reinforced and repaired.
