Greetings. We live in Eagle Rock and have a back door that needs to be replaced. We can’t find one at the Home Depot or Lowes that will fit. It seems to be narrower than typical and is a right hand reverse swing with a half-light sash window. Do you think this is something you might be able to build? Or, perhaps fix? The issue with the door is that it isn’t closing securely when not deadbolted and there’s a relic large pet door that makes it extra insecure.

Please let me know if this is whithin the scope of your services.

I simply want to say thank you for the many things you have done for
me and my wife in the two years we’ve known each other.

It’s nice to know that there is always the “honey-do” handyman readily
available whenever we need little things done around the house. And
it’s even nicer to know that you never overprice your tasks, for which
we are grateful.

And if you’re free sometime this week, I have another plumbing and
screen door installation job waiting for you.

Recently, I had Steve reconstruct my porch railings at my home in Sunland. I have to say, HE IS A KEEPER! He also put beautiful, classy trim on my windows. He is a kind and flexable man. I kept adding little projects here and there and he had no problem accomodating me with my changing of the mind and additions to the original contract.
